Good morning!, Waking up early and preparing healthy breakfast, is a good start for body and mind. Yea, I know… I read to much Yogi-tea-labels :)
Raspberry Oatmeal topped with coconut flakes and banana:
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 5-6 frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 cup of water
Mix it all together and keep it on a low heat for about 5-8 min.
top it with coconut and banana
